Prepare to Negotiate
In real estate, there's a lot more to negotiate than just the price. Many other factors come into play. There are other fee associated in the sale of a property. some fee such as title and escrow are standard and usually spilt 50/50; however, that's not always the case. In certain areas of Roseville, Rocklin and Lincoln we'll have mello roos fees and transfer fees to negotiate. Beyond the monetary parts of a transaction there's other factors. Sometimes a seller will need extra time to move out after closing so a seller rent back. Other things that might be negotiated are personal property in the deal. Closing escrow
